Nice to see so many plants doing well through the winter. We're hoping to start build a new attraction at the farm this year so that we can have a year-round chilli display. Yes, sorry about that. We should put that on. If you keep seeds dry and in a cool, dark cupboard, they are usually good for years. For longer store, keep in the fridge in a sealed box. I will have a work with the packing department to make sure we put a date on each pack. If you have doubts about a packet of seed, you can put a few seeds in wet/damp tissue, place in a clear plastic bag and keep at 25c or so to test viability. This is something we do each year ahead of the main sowing to give us time to replace seed that has low germination. Cheers, Steve.
