It's my first year growing these and they are already storming ahead of the other plants. I've potted them on to 6 inch pots but what size should the final pot be?

This could also be a magnesium deficiency. If you over water or use too much potash based food products. Buy some epsom salts and give one a little spray with a weak solution. If it's looking better than the others in a couple of days that's the problem.

Not sure where you are located, but if you are in teh UK I wouldnt worry one jot at the moment, the natural light levels are far too low to worry any seedlings.
