Visit the Farm

We open to visitors every day from 10-4pm, but please note we are closed at weekends between Christmas and Easter.

Our farm shop sells our range of chilli sauces, chilli preserves, dried chillies, fresh chillies (from mid-July) and our famous chilli chocolate products. We also sell chilli seeds and chilli growing products. From mid-April, we sell chilli seedlings and mature chilli pot plants later in the season.

Visitors are welcome to wander around the farm. From July, our show-tunnel has a display of around 100 varieties of chilli plants to enjoy.

DIRECTIONS

From the South (through Loddiswell)

The farm is situated 1 mile north of Loddiswell village on the B3196 heading towards California Cross, A38 and South Brent. The farm is signposted on the right at Wigford Cross, down a lane marked "Hazelwood 1".

From the North (from A38)

From the A38, south-bound carriageway, leave on the junction marked Ugborough, Modbury, Ermington and Plymouth Park & Ride. Turn left off the sliproad and follow the road to a crossroads. Go straight over the crossroads - signposted Loddiswell. After 2.5 miles you will pass a petrol station on the left; take the first left turn after the petrol station - signposted Loddiswell. The farm is 1.6 miles along this road. You will see our sign at Wigford Cross on the left - turn left here. Be careful; this is a sharp turning. The farm is eighty metres down this lane and on the right. If you are travelling north on the A38, take the South Brent turn-off; go under the A38; back onto the south-bound A38 carriageway and follow the directions above.
