I was wondering if other members have a particuler night that they have a meal that has lots of chillies in it. :woohoo:

I tend never to stick to any routine for eating particular meals on particular nights, and working shifts, it's very hard to stick to a "normal" routine anyway!

I have found the best solution is to add chilli to everything I can.

I tend to stick to only eating chilli on days ending in Y

(Sorry I know its cheesy but had to get it in there)

Seriously I eat it nearly every day in some shape or form...
