Has anyone found an effective way to germinate Bhut Jolokia seeds?

Apart from keeping them warm and waiting a good while, we have found them to be sporadic germinators.

i've never had any probs with mine, sow in jiffy pellets, pots or compost in a heated propagator.

I have not tried but several people from a german chilie-forum are succesfull with a preliminary bath of the Bhut Jolokia seeds over night in bottermilk. I have a quite high germination rate in a heated propagator and a previous bath in chamomile tea - except for the SDCF-hot chocolate habaneros
