Please can anyone help identify this plant? It came from a batch of Ring of Fire seeds but it's clearly different. Also it has developed red specks, is this normal for the type of plant or is it an infection?

That isn't a chilli plant, that's for sure! I don't know what else it could be, maybe just try letting it grow?

As for the red spots, it could be rust which is a fungal infection. Dithane (available everywhere) can be used to treat this. However, the red spots could be natural for that kind of plant, whatever it is... If it rubs off, it's probably a rust infection.
