Hi bryn,
Difficult to tell without a little more info.
Are you feeding them? With what? How much and how often?
Are they positiond near a window?
I'd suggest giving them a good flush with neut free water and lots of it. Don't worry about overwatering, can't be done with a single watering.

The main difference between these and all other plants is that these some of the ones I have started putting outside (daytime only) in the last week or so

The ones which have either been indoors all the time or in the greenhouse all the time arent having the same issues

Just realized you've got 3 plants in one pot, not a good idea mate. They'll spend all their time competing for nutrients, probably the cause of the problems their having.
Those roots are going to be well intertwined, so you'll have to be really carefull untangling them.
Personally, I'd do that before tackling anything else. The fresh soil should have enough nutrients to correct their deficiencies.

Looks very much like sun damage.

Chilli plants that have been grown inside aren't used to strong sunlight and you need to introduce them to the outside conditions gradually.

Start off by putting them out for a couple of hours in the shade and increase this daily, working up to full sunlight.

This is known as "hardening off" and is worth reading up on as it can set your plants back a bit if you're not careful.

Probably a lack of nutrients, as Paul said. Split them up before they become too entangled, and feed with Chilli Focus or Tomarite.

Shep suggested that it may be sun damage. I don't know anything about that (having never read up on it) but it stands to reason that a sudden change in environment and physical conditions will stress a plant. Might be worth a further look.
