This year the varieties of Habanero and Scotch Bonnet Chillies we have growing are as follows. Orange Habanero, Jamaican Hot, Caribbean Red, Antillais Caribbean, Fatali, Congo Trinidad, Big Sun, Burkina Yellow.

"Scotch Bonnet" and "Habanero" are really just regional names for these distinctive hot and fruity chillies. For example Big Sun, is know as both a Habanero and a Scotch Bonnet depending on where you buy your seed.

Remember the taste is similar in all of these, the heat levels vary, but they are all hot enough for cooking purposes. If you need a particular colour for a sauce then pick what you need, otherwise why not go for a mixture.
