This is our online ordering page for sauces and preserves. For a trade

All our chilli sauces, chilli jelly and chilli jam are made using chillies
grown on the farm, and are prepared without the use of preservatives
or any artificial ingredients, thickeners, or setting agents. We use
fresh garlic, onions
and other
vegetables rather than dried or powdered.
Please note that a minimum order of £5.50 applies. We have a Gift
Selection below that brings three of our best products together at
a bargain
price and saves your shopping time.

Habanero Hot Sauce
This is a very hot and fruity chilli sauce made with 50% fresh habaneros. It's ideal for adding heat and flavour to spicy dishes, and a few drops go a long way when used as a condiment.

Jalapeno Sauce
Our Jalapeno chilli sauce has the distinctive lemon-flavour of Jalapenos
in abundance. Jalapeno sauce can be used with most savoury food, but it
is particularly good on pasta, rice dishes, pizza, nachos and cheese-on-toast!

Fermented Jalapeno Sauce
This fermented Jalapeno sauce has a very fine texture (due to the fermentation
process) and a very different flavour from our original Jalapeno sauce.
This sauce can be used with most savoury food, but it is particularly good

and cheese-on-toast!

Ring-of-Fire Sauce
The Ring-of-Fire chilli is a variety of the Cayenne chilli type.
This sauce is hotter than the Jalapeno sauce, but not as hot as the ‘Hot Habanero’ sauce.

Smokey Chipotle and New Mexico Chilli Sauce
This medium-hot, traditional Mexican sauce is made with our oak-smoked
Jalapenos (Chipotles) and goes very well with eggs and chicken. Try it
with poached eggs or in a chicken wrap. This sauce can also be added to
sour cream to make a great dip.

Hot Apple Chilli Jelly
Our Chilli Jelly is made from just Bramley apples, organic unrefined sugar,
and fresh chillies. Chilli Jelly is excellent with cold meats and cheeses
in sandwiches and can also be used with sweets such as cheesecake. Try
mixing a teaspoon into some peanut butter!

Pepper Relish

a great depth of flavour.

Chilli Oil
The Olive Oil is top-notch stuff; made using Corbones Extra Virgin Olive

The bottles are fitted with a ‘dripper’ top so that it can be sprinkled
onto salads, pizza, etc. and has dried 'Piri Piri' chillies floating
in it to keep the heat going if you refill it.
