Chilli Seeds

This variety of Jalapeno gives very large fruits and you won't be disappointed. They are the bullet shaped green chilli used to make nachos, pickles, pizza toppings and can also be stuffed with cheese to make Jalapeno poppers.

This is a short, bushy and amazingly prolific plant with conical-shaped 7cm chillies that are normally harvested yellow. The fruit will ripen to red if left on the bush longer. It is very quick to fruit (65 days from potting on) and keeps on fruiting as long as conditions are favourable.

This is an amazingly beautiful shrub-like bush which can grow up to 1m tall. It is covered with small upright multi-coloured chillies with purple, orange yellow and red all showing at the same time. Very hot.

This is the one of the chillies grown in the 2006 BBC Gardeners World Chilli Trial after their visit to film us in the Autumn of 2005.

This is the most common habanero and one of the easiest to grow with fruits up to 2.5cm x 4cm on a shrubby bush up to 70cm tall x 70cm wide. The fruits are ready to pick around 100 days after the seedlings have been potted on, and continue cropping as long as suitable conditions are maintained. This is probably the most prolific habanero variety. The fruits are very hot - up to 350,000 Scoville units.

This is a large fleshy and flavoursome scotch bonnet / habanero type from the Southern Caribbean. Up to 4cm long and wrinkled, they start off light green and mature to orange then red. They are not as prolific as the Orange Habanero but the fruits are larger. Very hot: 250,000-350,000 scoville units.

This is a stunning scotch bonnet / habanero type originating from Jamaica. Similar in appearance to other Habanero chillies but chocolate brown in colour. They are extremely hot, upt 5-600,000 scoville units. The bushes grow large with strong woody stems. Sometimes difficult to germinate, but well worth the effort.

This is another large fleshy scotch bonnet / habanero type from the Caribbean. Up to 4cm across by 6cm long and wrinkled. Similar to the Antillais but matures to yellow. They are not as prolific as the Orange Habanero but the fruits are larger. Very hot: 250,000-300,000 scoville units.

This is a hugely popular, versatile chilli and very easy to grow too. A bush of beautiful red 5cm very fleshy fruits which mature in around 60 days from potting on. They can be stuffed with cheese and baked, or used for cooking. They are similar in heat to Jalapenos (around 6000 scoville units).

This is a compact round bush with fiery hot small chillies which mature from yellow to red. Ideal as a small pot plant. This is probably the quickest growing of the hot chillies we sell and lots of people keep them growing happily through the winter in their kitchen window.

Amazingly prolific and very easy to grow. These are crisp fleshy fruits up to 11cm in length and with a mild heat. They are good for chopping into salads or for frying. They are quite prolific and normally harvested yellow to keep the plant fruiting. If left they will ripen to orange. They are ready for picking about 70 days from potting on.
