Our Chilli Jelly is made from just Bramley apples, organic unrefined sugar, and fresh chillies. Chilli Jelly is excellent with cold meats and cheeses in sandwiches and can also be used with sweets such as cheesecake. Try mixing a teaspoonful into some peanut butter!

If you are a regular Chilli Jam fan, but like things hotter, give this one a go. This is a mix of four or five medium-heat chillies with a great depth of flavour.

The Bhut Jolokia chilli is the current World's hottest chilli and can cause a few problems in the kitchen!  This product is Ready-To-Go Bhut Jolokia paste to save you handling these incredibly hot chillies.  Just add a small spoonful into your recipe to add plenty of heat!

There is no chilli extract in this product - it is just Bhut Jolokia chillies (dried), Habanero Chillies (fresh), cider vinegar, lemon juice and a little salt.

Ingredients: Dried Bhut Jolokia chillies (8% dried, about 120g rehydrated weight) , chopped habanero chillies, cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, salt.

Container: Glass Jar with safety lid. This is our standard 8oz jar with gold-coloured lid. Contains 180g drained weight.

This new product for 2009 is made with Elderflowers collected from our local hedges during the spring of 2009. We steep the juice from Bramley apples with Elderflowers to add a wonderfully floral flavour. Try a teaspoonful on ice cream.
