These have a zesty citrus herby taste and are ideal for fish dishes. They are quite hot and a little goes a long way. Just pour boiling water over one or two and leave for 20 minutes or so to rehydrate, then blend or chop into your dish. Ideal with light meats such as chicken, or fish.
