I would like to order from Denmark, I have done it before but now I can't. It's really a shame! Please fix the issue as everytime it says I should contact you per telephone for delivery costs, I can't finish my order at all!

I made a profile, but now your site can't recognize my email or username, very strange as well!

*** SDCf Sorry to had problems Eva. We have made changes to the shipping for UK and will look to fix issues with outside-of-UK orders soon - perhaps with a fixed charge.

Your 'Find A Stockist' search is poorly implemented on the website. In my experience, people will search by location using a post code and then should be offered stockist within a defined area from their home. Only being able to search on names of businesses (albeit within a wide region) is haphazard and frustrating!

I have bought from you before and decided this time to place another order but for a larger number of products.
However, Whilst browsing your site, it is really irritating to have constantly to scroll up to the top of a page. Could we have a 'back to the top' button please:)

Is there anywhere to add a message to a gift item? I have just ordered an item to send for a present expecting there to be somewhere I could wish the recipient a Happy Birthday and couldn't see it.

Your contact_us link uses a hyphen instead of an underscore, and so does not work. When an underscore is used, it leads to the wrong page!
Please make it easier to contact you by email.

I can not place an order because I am told my user name or password is incorrect! Yet I have logged in ok. I think the charachters that have to be copied are causing the problem. If I can't order you lose business! What's the remedy?
