Chilli Chocolate

Made with a delicious Belgian Plain Chocolate (60% cocoa) and a blend of South Devon Chilli Farm chillies.
The combination of chocolate and chillies has been popular in South America and Mexico since the Mayans and Aztecs, and we agree that they go together superbly.

Each bag contains at least 100 grams of chocolate 'wafers'.

Exactly the same weight and package as the original chocolate, but with added orange oil. This new flavour was an experiment for Christmas 2006, but has proved so popular we have made it a permanent addition to our range.

Added for Christmas 2007, this tastes like Christmas pudding with chocolate - and some chilli, of course. This flavour is now the firm-favourite at the farm when we get peckish.

Our new flavour for 2008 - Coffee-Bean.  Developed with the assistance of Richard Hawkins (founder of Hawkins Coffee),  this blend of freshly roasted and ground coffee beans and our chilli chocolate is a wonderful combination.

The mint sensation arrives first, then the taste of the wonderful Belgian chocolate and finally the warmth of the chilli. A perfect after-dinner mint with a difference!

Try this Aztec-style hot chocolate drink for a Hot Chocolate that warms you twice.

Melt about 30g-40g (two or three dessertspoons) into hot milk to make a Mexican-style hot chocolate drink.

Contents:  250g of flakes - enough for about 8 mugs.

Ingredients: Cocoa solids: 50%, Sugar, Dried Chillies: 1%, Soy Lecithin(E322), Natural Vanilla. (May contain traces of milk).
