Our Extreme Chilli Chocolate is made with a delicious Belgian Plain Chocolate (60% cocoa) and the mighty Bhut Jolokia chilli. Our goal when developing this chocolate was to take the heat to the edge, without spoiling the chocolate experience. Please let us know how we did.

South Devon Chilli Farm have collected six of their 'just chilli' sauces into one Gift Pack.

They are calling it their 'Hot Six'. With the exception of the Bhut Jolokia sauce, all the chillies are grown from seed on the farm and without using herbicides or pesticides. Their chillies ripen from July and are processed straight from the bushes and matured with cider vinegar. The Hot Six contains the following sauce in 100ml bottles with tamper-evident seals:
Bhut Jolokia : This is their new hottest sauce! It's a very,very,very hot and fruity chilli sauce made with dried Bhut Jolokia (8g per bottle - equivalent in heat to 80g of fresh fruits!). This sauce is for those that find most chilli sauces too mild. There is no chilli extract in this product - it is just Bhut Jolokia chillies, red peppers, cider vinegar, lemon juice and a little salt. Winner of Gold (one-star) Great Taste Award 2010.
Hot Habanero: This used to be their hottest sauce, but has now been surpassed by the Bhut Jolokia chilli sauce. This Habanero sauce is hot and fruity - made with 50% fresh habaneros. It's ideal for adding heat and flavour to spicy dishes, and a few drops go a long way when used as a table condiment. Winner of a Gold Great Taste Award 2005. Winner of a Gold Taste of The West Award 2007. Winner of a Gold (one-star) Great Taste Award 2010.
Jalapeno: Jalapeno chilli sauce has the distinctive lemon-flavour of Jalapenos in abundance. Jalapeno sauce can be used with most savoury food, but it is particularly good on pasta, rice dishes, pizza, nachos and cheese-on-toast.
'15' : This sauce has a great flavour, guaranteed by the mix of 15 different types of chilli from the farm. It has a medium heat with a lemony twang and goes with anything; it is particularly good with, pasta, rice, nachos or cheese-on-toast. Aji (pronounced aa-hee): This is a Peruvian chilli with plenty of lemony flavour. "This is my favourite 'use-on-anything' sauce. Great flavour and I don't have to count the drops!", says Steve at the South Devon Chilli Farm.
Serrano (pronounced cer-ran-oh): A Mexican chilli that shares certain characteristics with the Jalapeno, but is a little hotter. This table sauce is made with fresh Serrano chillies picked green.
The 'Hot Six' packs are available to wholesale partners and online customers. All of these sauces can be sampled in their newly-opened farm shop and feature on their cafe menu.

We are now open for business with our new farm shop and cafe. The shop area is four-times bigger than before and very bright, due to the number of windows we installed. The shop has tasters of all our products and an ever-growing range of products from other manufacturers in Devon and beyond.

The cafe has a fantastic view over the South Hams countryside and we have picnic benches outdoors and under a covered area. The menu has something for everyone with more chilli-specials being added during the summer months, straight from our polytunnels on the farm.
