These are a larger variety of the traditional Serrano called Senor - about 3-4", but with the same heat. Used in salsas as a hotter alternative to Jalapeno.
Recipe: Guacamole - 1 finely chopped serrano, 3 avocados (smashed), 1 small onion chopped, 1 large tomato chopped, chopped coriander leaves, olive oil.
Heat: MEDIUM to HOT.
