Single-Variety Chilli Sauce - 'Jalapeno'
Our Jalapeno chilli sauce has the distinctive lemon-flavour of Jalapenos in abundance. Jalapeno sauce can be used with most savoury food, but it is particularly good on pasta, rice dishes, pizza, nachos and cheese-on-toast.
Heat Rating: 5/10 (3,000-4,000 Scoville Heat Units)
Ingredients: Fresh Jalapeno chillies from our farm (50%), cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, salt.
Container: 100ml Glass bottle with tamper-evident seal.

The Jalapeno sauce is a very mild full flavour sauce only tickling your taste buds with regards to heat, but I find its flavour greater than the Habanero sauce.
You would have to splash a lot of the Jalapeno sauce in order to make a good taste experience. If you don't like it too hot, but still want to experience a good full flavour chilli sauce, then the Jalapeno is the sauce for you. If you love it hot, then splash a lot, but it will still not burn.
The advantage of this full flavour mild sauce is that most hot chillies are only hot with a one-string single flavour, but with no particularly great taste. That's my layman opinion.
This mild Jalapeno chilli sauce clearly wins on the taste.

A Mild sauce, bursting with flavour and a strong vinegar base. A good all rounder, but one I love to drizzle liberally over a fresh salad. Wonderful
