These strings of Spanish Guindilla chillies are 33 inches (85 cm) long and made up of 200 chillies, each one about 6 inches (15 cm) in length.

They are pretty impressive to look at and each ristra weighs around 1kg. They will look fantastic hanging in your kitchen, and will last for years - so long as they don't get too damp.

These chillies are a medium-heat chilli. Grind them to a powder for cooking, or tear into strips and soak in hot water for 20 minutes or so, then mash or liquidise to add to a recipe - good for adding to a pasta sauce.

Unlike the other chillies on our website, these chillies are not grown on the farm; they are imported from Spain.
