Grow your own Anaheim chillies, also known as New Mexican chillies, with these productive plants from South Devon Chilli Farm. This popular variety produces long, smooth fruits measuring up to 18cm long and 4cm wide. The chillies ripen from deep green to red, offering a moderate level of heat that makes them ideal for everyday cooking.

Anaheim chilli plants grow to around 50cm tall and produce generous crops, with plenty of foliage to protect the developing fruits. Their long, fleshy chillies are particularly well suited to stuffing, but are also excellent for roasting, grilling, adding to salsas or using in Mexican-inspired dishes.

All our chilli seeds are collected from our own home-grown chillies here on the farm and thoroughly germination tested before going on sale. Every variety achieves a germination rate of 90% or higher, so you can sow with confidence.

Grow a bumper crop of long, mild-to-moderately hot Anaheim chillies, perfect for stuffing, roasting and adding to your favourite Mexican-inspired dishes.
