A fantastic habanero, full power heat, flavour and good cropping.
This was so easy to grow OMD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took roughly 80 days from potting on and I had my first pods begening to develop sooooo awseome!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totaly recomend this to anyone amzing tast aswell I love just eating the straight off the plant
Fruit; colour starts glossy green, then turns to a very dark green/brown (almost black) before turning lighter to a beautiful smooth glossy milk chocolate once ripe. Heat is hotter than Orange habanero, although not overly so. Flavour is not as sweet as habanero / Scotch bonnet varieties, but has its own complex spicy fruity flavour. In contrast to my previous entry, I was able to grow this chilli to over 6 foot! However, using a smaller (8 inch) pot plant remains a bushy 2 – 3 feet. Despite having both habanero (pointed) and Scotch bonnet (belly button like) fruit, the flesh is thin (unlike Scotch bonnet species). This may have the advantage that these fruit can be successfully dried. Thoroughly enjoyed growing this pepper, 10/10!
