1, spaghetti 200 g dry (cook in half large bowl water 13.15 minutes microwave)
2, 1 veggie burger grilled then chopped up
3, 1/2 jar of smooth dolmio
4, 1/2 tin of heinz baked beans
5, 1/4 tea spoon of galic powder
6, 6 shakes of powder cayenne pepper
7, good squirt of tomato sauce
8, 1/2 tea spoon of "reaper chillie sauce"
