This hot, smoked paprika owes its exquisite flavor to the way in which the peppers, —grown in the La Vera region of Spain, —are dried. A painstakingly slow process, each pepper is set over oak logs and turned by hand until it is dried to perfection, resulting in a balanced aroma and flavor that adds color and complexity to soups, stews, and bean dishes.
