These chillies have been grown, harvested & dried on our farm here in the UK. These Aji Red chillies have a flavour that remind us of raspberry. They are quite hot and a little goes a long way. Just pour boiling water over one or two and leave for 20 minutes or so to rehydrate, then blend or chop into your dish. These chillies are ideal with light meats such as chicken, or fish.

15g Bag (about 7 fruits). Heat: 6/10. Must be cooked before eating.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.

Excellent, Strong Aji Chiles

I ordered a packet of dried Aji chiles. They're in excellent condition, tasted great when sampled, and had a good level of spiciness. They're of premium quality and I'm looking forward to cooking with them.

My favourite dried Chilli

I just love this chilli it’s always been my favourite fresh and dried variety!
I have put the dried into my oil bottle and it gives the oil a lovely taste!

Great utility chilli

Nice chilli - i bought a couple of bags and ground them up to make chilli flakes - nice flavour, good everyday heat
