Heat of Product : Very Hot

Very hot and fruity, these Orange Habaneros are grown and dried on our farm and retain their vibrant orange colour. 

We recommend wearing gloves when handling dried Habaneros.

12g Bag (around 12 chillies). 

Recipe: Use about a half to three-quarters of a fruit per person for a curry or cooked sauce. Soak in boiled water for 20 minutes, then mash to a paste and add to the dish. Can also be added as flakes or powder.

Heat: 9/10

Must be cooked before eating.

Absolutely excellent chillies, fantastic rich, fruity flavour and superb heat - if you purchase one thing from the South Devon Chilli farm, you won't be disappointed by these. I'd read that Habaneros were similar to a Scotch Bonnet which put me off a little however the flavour is much, much better, just delicious - softer and fruiter but with loads of heat. There were 19 chillies in the pack, not 12 as advertised, so very generous portions. Couldn't be happier, will be buying more very soon.
